Your FIRST PLACE Fort Myers Miracle return to Hammond Stadium tonight for an action packed four-game home stand.

The world’s sexiest plumber stops by Hammond Stadium on Thursday, May 15. “Desperate Housewives” actor James Denton will put down his plunger and pick up a bat. Denton will take batting practice with the Miracle, sign autographs and throw out the ceremonial first pitch before the 7:05 p.m. game against the Tampa Yankees.

Denton’s appearance coincides with “Dog Daze”; fans are encouraged to bring man’s best friend to the ballpark. Barking at umpires is encouraged!

Valencia Paces Miracle Offense to 5-3 Win over Reds
FORT MYERS, F.L. (May 14, 2008) – An RBI-double from Whit Robbins in the bottom of the sixth broke a 3-3 tie as the Fort Myers Miracle picked up their second-straight win over the Sarasota Reds with a 5-3 victory on Wednesday night. An “Islands Night” crowd of 3,628 at Hammond Stadium saw the Miracle increase their west division lead to two, setting the stage for a big three-game series with second-place Tampa starting Thursday night.
